Growing up on a ranch, hard work is nothing new, And with construction background from a very young age, Justin continuously honed his craft and further educated himself in the industry, As a veteran with over 20 years in the military and holding the rank of Captain, Justin's leadership and tenacity is unmatched. As the face of Essential Corp, Justin will assure your project is surpassed beyond expectations. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and loves to teach his two boys how to do 'man things'.
Nate Lau
ADMINISTRATOR / CO-FOUNDER
Being born on Maui and raised up in Singapore, Nate has experienced world knowledge. Understanding different cultures and with an easy-going personality, customer relations is one of his strong points. Within the company, Nate oversees the Essential Yard and Maintenance division. Along with the strong support of his wife, his son and daughter brings him overflowing amount of joy. Nates hobbies include fishing, recreational target shooting, and game nights with friends.
